There are many different factors which can determine the cost of any one seamless floor. This page will help you better understand the pricing system. Please note that
prices for Midwest Seamless Flooring "Great Lakes Division" may vary from the following.
Midwest Seamless Flooring will start pricing at $4.50 to $5.00 a square foot for vinyl chip flooring. The majority of our job estimates are in this price range. To get
your seamless floor at such a low price a few simple factors must be in place:
1. Must live within 30 miles of Danville, IL.
2. Little to no preparation work to your sub-surface.
3. Involves no coving or specialty work.
Here are some factors which can reduce the $4.50 to $5.00 a square foot cost of our vinyl chip flooring:
1. If you have 2000 square feet or more and the above mentioned are met.
2. If you are a non-profit organization.
3. If you are a senior citizen (65 years or older).
*Only one reduction factor per job.
What you can expect to pay if the above mentioned conditions are not met:
1. The further the distance outside the 30 mile radius, the more you may have to pay per square foot.
2. The amount of preparation work may vary from floor to floor. An on-sight estimator will provide you with an exact figure on your preparation work. Our estimates are free,
if living within 30 miles of Danville, IL and there is no obligation.
3. Coving for vinyl chip flooring starts at $6.50 a linear foot for a 4 inch base and $8.00 for 6 inch cove base. Due to the extensive amount of specialty work we do, please
have an estimator come out and take a look at your floor for an exact figure. Extra mileage and preparation work will be more, if applicable.
4. Floors under 100 square feet may be extra per square foot. Under 100 linear feet will be more per linear foot.
5. Due to thickness, cove radius differences, height of cove, degrees of roughness, termination stripes and other factors please call for pricing on cove base for commercial
quartz applications.
